အေထြေထြ အခ်က္အလက္မ်ား
၁) Mathemania သခ်ာၤၪာဏ္စမ္းျပိဳင္ပြဲ သည္ BFI Education Services မွၾကီးမွဴးျပီး Shu Khinn Thar International College တြင္ျပဳလုပ္က်င္းပမည့္ ေက်ာင္းေပါင္းစံု ဖိတ္ေခၚျပိဳင္ပြဲၾကီး ျဖစ္ပါသည္။ ဤျ့ပိဳင္ပြဲတြင္ အဆင့္(၃)ဆင့္ရွိျပီးအဆင့္(level)အလုိက္ဥာဏ္စမ္းပုစၧာအမ်ိဳးမိ်ဳးပါ၀င္ပါသည္။ ေက်ာင္းသား၊ေက်ာင္းသူမ်ား၏ ဆန္းစစ္ေ၀ဖန္ပိုင္းျခားႏိုင္ေသာစြမ္းရည္တိုးတက္လာေစရန္ႏွင့္သခ်ာၤဘာသာရပ္အားစိတ္အားထက္သန္မႈျမင့္တက္လာေစရန္ရည္ရြယ္၍ ဤျပိဳင္ပြဲအားက်င္းပရျခင္း ျဖစ္ပါသည္။
၂) မည္သူမ်ား၀င္ေရာက္ယွဥ္ျပိဳင္ႏိုင္ပါသနည္း။
ေအာက္ေဖာ္ျပပါဇယားတြင္ ပါရွိသည့္အတိုင္း ျပိဳင္ပြဲ၀င္အဆင့္အား အသက္ (ေမြးသကၠရာဇ္) အလိုက္ဟူ၍ သတ္မွတ္ျပီးထိုအဆင့္မ်ားတြင္ အက်ံဳး၀င္သူတိုင္း မူလတန္း၊ အလယ္တန္းႏွင့္ အထက္တန္းအဆင့္မ်ားမွ မည္သူမဆုိ ၀င္ေရာက္ယွဥ္ျပိဳင္ႏိုင္ ပါသည္။ ျပိဳင္ပြဲအဆင့္မ်ားခြဲျခားမႈမွာေအာက္ပါအတိုင္းျဖစ္ပါသည္။

၃) ျပိဳင္ပြဲအဆင့္တစ္ခုစီတြင္ ဥာဏ္စမ္းပုစၦာ (၂၀) စီပါ၀င္ပါသည္။ ျပိဳင္ပြဲ၀င္ရန္ သခ်ာၤဘာသာရပ္၏ အေပါင္း၊ အႏွဳတ္၊ အေျမွာက္၊ အစားကဲ့သို႕ အေျခခံသခ်ာၤစြမ္းရည္ႏွင့္ ဗဟုသုတရွိရန္ လုိပါသည္။ ဥာဏ္စမ္းေမးခြန္း မ်ားကိုအဂၤလိပ္ဘာသာျဖင့္လည္းေကာင္း၊ ျမန္မာဘာသာျဖင့္လည္းေကာင္း ေဖာ္ျပေပးထား မည္ျဖစ္ပါသည္။
၄) အေျခခံပညာမူလတန္း၊အလယ္တန္းႏွင့္ အထက္တန္းအဆင့္ ျပိဳင္ပြဲမ်ားအားမိမိတို႔၏ေမြးသကၠရာဇ္အလိုက္ သတ္မွတ္ထားသည့္အတုိင္းပါ၀င္ယွဥ္ျပိဳင္ရမည္ျဖစ္ပါသည္။
၅) သခ်ၤာဥာဏ္စမ္းျပိဳင္ပြဲမ်ားအား၂၀၁၈ခုႏွစ္ ၊ ေဖေဖာ္၀ါရီလ (၃) ရက္ေန႕ တြင္က်င္းပ ျပဳလုပ္မည္ ျဖစ္ပါသည္။ ျပိဳင္ပြဲက်င္းပမည့္ အခ်ိန္ႏွင့္ေနရာအား ျပိဳင္ပြဲ၀င္မ်ား၏ စာေမးပြဲကဒ္တြင္ ေဖာ္ျပေပးသြား မည္ျဖစ္ပါသည္။
၆)ျပိဳင္ပြဲအားေအာက္ပါအခ်ိန္ဇယားအတိုင္းက်င္းပမည္ျဖစ္ပါသည္။ျပိဳင္ပြဲ၀င္မ်ားအားလံုးသည္မိမိတို႕ သက္ဆိုင္ရာ ျပိဳင္ပြဲမစတင္မီ ၄၅ မိနစ္ၾကိဳတင္ ၍ေရာက္ရွိေနရမည္ျဖစ္ပါသည္။

၇) ျပိဳင္ပြဲ၀င္ေလွ်ာက္လႊာတင္သူမ်ားအေနႏွင့္ပံုစံျဖည့္၍ ၂၀၁၈ခုႏွစ္၊ေဖေဖာ္၀ါရီလ ၂ရက္ ညေန (၃း၀၀)နာရီ ေနာက္ဆံုးထားျပီး Shu Khinn Thar International College (SKT) သို႕မဟုတ္ Bahan International Science Academy (BISA) ေက်ာင္းရံုးခန္းသို႕ ျပန္လည္ေပးပို႔ရမည္ျဖစ္ပါသည္။ ေလွ်ာက္လႊာပံုစံမ်ားအား SKT ႏွင့္ BISA ေက်ာင္းရံုးခန္းမ်ားတြင္ျဖစ္ေစ www.bfi-edu.com တြင္ download ရယူျခင္းအားျဖင့္ျဖစ္ေစ ရရွိႏိုင္ပါသည္။ ေလွ်ာက္လႊာပံုစံမ်ားအားမိတၱဴကူးယူ၍လည္းအသံုးျပဳႏိုင္ပါသည္။
၈) ျပိဳင္ပြဲ၀င္မ်ား၏ေမြးသကၠရာဇ္အမွန္ကိုသိရွိႏိုင္ရန္ အတြက္ေလွ်ာက္လႊာတင္သည့္အခ်ိန္တြင္ သက္ဆိုင္ရာ ေက်ာင္းသား၏ႏုိင္ငံသားမွတ္ပံုတင္ကဒ္ (သို႕) ေက်ာင္းသားကဒ္ (သို႔) အျခားသက္ေသခံမွတ္တမ္း တစ္ခုခုအား ယူေဆာင္ ျပသရမည္ျဖစ္ပါသည္။
၉) ျပိဳင္ပြဲ၀င္မ်ားသည္ေလွ်ာက္လႊာတင္ေၾကး၅၀၀၀ က်ပ္ ေပးသြင္းရမည္ျဖစ္ပါသည္။
၁၀) ျပိဳင္ပြဲ၀င္မ်ားသည္ သခ်ာၤဥာဏ္စမ္းေမးခြန္းေဟာင္းမ်ား ပါ၀င္ေသာနမူနာေမးခြန္း ႏွင့္ အေျဖမ်ားပါ၀င္ေသာ စာအုပ္အား ေလွ်ာက္လႊာတင္သည့္အခ်ိန္တြင္ ေက်ာင္းရုံးခန္းမ်ားတြင္ အခမဲ့ရရွိပါမည္။
၁၁) ျပိဳင္ပြဲ၀င္မ်ား၏ စာေမးပြဲေျဖဆိုခြင့္ (Exam Slip) စာရြက္မ်ား အားေလွ်ာက္လႊာတင္သည့္အခ်ိန္တြင္ ထုတ္ေပးမည္ျဖစ္ျပီးျပိဳင္ပြဲေန႔၌ယင္းစာေမးပြဲေျဖဆိုခြင့္စာရြက္ျပသႏိုင္မွသာလွ်င္ျပိဳင္ပြဲတြင္၀င္ေရာက္ယွဥ္ျပိဳင္
ခြင့္ရရွိမည္ျဖစ္ပါသည္။စာေမးပြဲေန႔တြင္ျပိဳင္ပြဲ၀င္မ်ားသည္မိမိ၏သခ်ာၤဥာဏ္စမ္းစာေမးပြဲေျဖဆိုခြင့္စာရြက္
ႏွင့္အတူႏိုင္ငံသားမွတ္ပံုတင္ကဒ္ အားယူေဆာင္လာရမည္ ျဖစ္ပါသည္။
ျပိဳင္ပြဲ၀င္စဥ္အတြင္း
(၁၂) စာေမးပြဲမစတင္မီေက်ာင္းသား၊ေက်ာင္းသူမ်ားအားစာေမးပြဲ၏စည္းမ်ဥ္းစည္းကမ္းမ်ားကိုေၿပာႀကားသြား မည္ၿဖစ္ပါသည္။စာေမးပြဲတြင္အမွတ္အပယ္မခံရေစရန္အတြက္ဤစည္းမ်ဥ္းစည္းကမ္းမ်ားကိုေၿဖဆိုသူမ်ား လိုက္နာရန္မၿဖစ္မေနလိုအပ္ပါသည္။
၁၃) ေက်ာင္းသား၊ ေက်ာင္းသူမ်ားသည္ စာေမးပြဲခန္းအတြင္းသို႔ စာရြက္စာတမ္းမ်ား၊ ဂဏန္းတြက္စက္ မ်ား၊ ကြန္ပ်ဴတာမ်ား၊ လက္ကိုင္ဖုန္းမ်ား၊ I-Phone အစရွိသည့္ အျခားအီလက္ထေရာနစ္ ပစၥည္းမ်ားအား ယူေဆာင္လာခြင့္မရွိပါ။ေက်ာင္းသား၊ေက်ာင္းသူမ်ားအား စာေရးကိရိယာႏွင့္ ခဲဖ်က္မွ်သာယူေဆာင္ရန္္ ခြင့္ျပဳ ထားပါသည္။
၁၄) ျပိဳင္ပြဲ၀င္မ်ားသည္ စာေမးပြဲခန္းအတြင္းေလွ်ာက္သြားျခင္း၊ အျခားသူမ်ားႏွင့္ စကားေျပာျခင္း၊ စာေရးကိရိယာတန္ဆာမ်ားအားငွားရမ္းျခင္း၊ မွ်ေ၀သံုးစြဲျခင္းမ်ား မျပဳလုပ္ရပါ။
၁၅)အကယ္၍မိမိရရွိထားေသာေမးခြန္းစာရြက္တြင္စက္ပိုင္းဆုိင္ရာအမွားအယြင္းတစ္စံုတစ္ရာေတြ႕ရွိခဲ့ပါကေမးခြန္းစာရြက္အသစ္ကိုေတာင္းယူခြင့္ရွိပါသည္။ထို႔ေၾကာင့္ေက်ာင္းသား၊ေက်ာင္းသူမ်ားသည္ ဥာဏ္စမ္းပုစာၧမ်ား စတင္မေျဖဆိုမီေမးခြန္းစာရြက္အားအေသအခ်ာဖတ္ရႈရန္လိုအပ္ပါသည္။ သို႔မွသာစာေမးပြဲခန္းေစာင့္ဆရာမွ ေမးခြန္းစာရြက္အသစ္အခ်ိန္မီလဲလွယ္ေပးႏုိုင္မည္ျဖစ္ပါသည္။
၁၆) ျပိဳင္ပြဲ၀င္မ်ားသည္မရွင္းလင္းသည့္အခ်က္မ်ားရွိပါက စာေမးပြဲခန္းေစာင့္ဆရာအား လက္ကို ေျမွာက္၍အသိေပးေမးျမန္းႏုိုင္ပါသည္။ ျပိဳင္ပြဲ၀င္မ်ားသည္မိမိေၾကာင့္အျခားသူမ်ားႏွင့္ စာေမးပြဲခန္းအား အေႏွာင႔္အယွက္မျဖစ္ေစရန္ျပိဳင္ပြဲတေလွ်ာက္ျငိမ္သက္စြာေျဖဆိုရမည္ျဖစ္ပါသည္။
၁၇) ျပိဳင္ပြဲ၀င္မ်ားသည္ စာေမးပြဲေျဖဆိုျပီးစီးသည္ျဖစ္ေစ၊ မျပီးစီးမီျဖစ္ေစ ဆရာမွအေျဖလႊာမ်ားအားလံုး သိမ္းဆည္းျပီးေခါင္းေလာင္းတီး သည္ အထိမိမိ၏ခံုေနရာတြင္ ထိုင္ေနရမည္ျဖစ္ပါသည္။ ျပိဳင္ပြဲ၀င္မ်ားသည္ မိမိ၏ ေမးခြန္းစာရြက္အား အိမ္သို႔ယူေဆာင္သြားခြင့္ရွိပါသည္။
၁၈) ေမးခြန္းမ်ားတြင္လြယ္ကူေသာအဆင့္၊ အလယ္အလတ္အဆင့္ႏွင့္ ခက္ခဲေသာအဆင့္ဟူ၍ သံုးမ်ိဳးပါရွိပါသည္။ လြယ္ကူေသာအဆင့္႐ွိ ေမးခြန္းမ်ားမွာ သုံးမွတ္တန္ေမးခြန္းၿဖစ္ၿပီး၊ အလယ္အလတ္အဆင့္ ႐ွိေမးခြန္းမ်ားမွာ ေလးမွတ္တန္၍ ခက္ခဲေသာအဆင့္ ႐ွိေမးခြန္းမ်ားမွာ ငါးမွတ္တန္ပါသည္။ ေမးခြန္းမ်ားအားမေၿဖဆိုခဲ့ပါကသုညေပးမည္ၿဖစ္ပါသည္။ အေၿဖမွားလွ်င္ရျပီးသားအမွတ္မွျပန္ႏႈတ္သည့္စနစ္ မရွိပါ။
၁၉) ျပိဳင္ပြဲအဆင့္ တစ္ခုစီအတြက္ စာေမးပြဲၾကာခ်ိန္မွာ ၁နာရီ ႏွင့္ မိနစ္ ၃၀ ျဖစ္ပါသည္။
အမွတ္စာရင္းထုတ္ျပန္ ေၾကျငာျခင္း
၂၀) ျပိဳင္ပြဲတြင္ရရွိသည့္အမွတ္မ်ားကုိေက်ာင္း website (www.bfi-edu.com ) တြင္၄င္း၊ Facebook Account တြင္၄င္း ၂၀၁၈ခုႏွစ္၊ ေဖေဖာ္၀ါရီလ ၁၀ရက္ တြင္ ၀င္ေရာက္ႀကည့္ရွုႏုိင္ပါသည္။ ထို႔အျပင္ေက်ာင္းမ်ားတြင္ လည္းအမွတ္စာရင္းမ်ားကိုေၾကျငာထားေပးမည္ျဖစ္ပါသည္။
ၿပိဳင္ပြဲၿပီးေနာက္ဆုေပးပြဲအခမ္းအနား
၂၁)ဆုေပးပြဲအခမ္းအနားကို မတ္လတြင္က်င္းပမည္ျဖစ္သည္။ ဆုေပးပြဲမ်ား၏ အခ်ိန္ႏွင့္ေနရာအား ေနာင္တြင္ေၾကျငာ ေပးမည္ျဖစ္ပါသည္။
၂၂)ေအာက္တြင္ေဖာ္ျပထားသည့္ဇယားအတုိင္း အဆင့္(၁)ခုစီတြင္ ပထမ၊ ဒုတိယ ႏွင့္ တတိယဆုခ်ီးျမွင့္မည္ျဖစ္ျပီး အဆင့္တစ္ခုစီတြင္ အမွတ္အမ်ားဆံုး အေယာက္(၂၀)အားလည္း ဆုခ်ီးျမွင့္မည္ျဖစ္ပါသည္။

၂၃)BFI Education Services သည္ အထက္တြင္ေဖာ္ျပခဲ့ေသာ စည္းမ်ဥ္းစည္းကမ္းလုိက္နာဖြယ္ရာမ်ား ႏွင့္ အျခားေသာ က်င့္၀တ္မ်ားအား ခ်ိဳးေဖာက္သည့္ျပိဳင္ပြဲ၀င္အား ျပိဳင္ပြဲမွထုတ္ပယ္ပိုင္ခြင့္ရွိပါသည္။
၂၄) ျပိဳင္ပြဲသို႕လာေရာက္ေသာ ယာဥ္မ်ားအား ေက်ာင္း၏အတြင္း ၀င္းအတြင္းရပ္နားျခင္းကို ခြင့္ျပဳမည္မဟုတ္ပါ။
၂၅)ျပိဳင္ပြဲ၀င္မ်ားအားလံုးသည္ ျပိဳင္ပြဲမ၀င္မီ အထက္ပါစည္းမ်ဥ္းစည္းကမ္းမ်ားအားေသခ်ာဖတ္ရႈ လိုက္နာရမည္ ျဖစ္ပါသည္။
Rules and Regulations for the Mathemania Puzzle Contest 2017-2018
General Information
1.Mathemania is a puzzle contest organized by BFI Education Services at Shu Khinn Thar International College. It comprises of 3 different levels where each level consists of different types of puzzles. The purpose of this contest is to boost enthusiasm towards Math and strengthen the critical thinking skills of students.
2.Who can participate?
Anyone who falls into one of the age groups of the following categories, Primary, Secondary or High School level can participate in this contest.

3.The contest consists of 20 multiple-choice puzzles. Basic knowledge of math skills, such as
addition, subtraction, division and multiplication are required. The questions are both in
English and Myanmar.
4.Contestants are assigned to Primary, Secondary or High School level according to their date of
births.
5.The contest will be held on Saturday, February3, 2018; for all categories. Time and Venue of
the Contest will be mentioned on the Contestant’s Exam Slip.
6.The contest will be held according to the following schedule. Participants of each level are requested to come at least 45 minutes before the respective contest starts.

Application Procedure
7.A Contestant must complete the application form in order to participate in the contest. Completed application form is to be sent to Shu Khinn Thar International College (SKT) or Bahan International Science Academy (BISA) before 3:00 pm, February 2, 2018. The application forms are available at SKT and BISA school offices and at www.bfi-edu.com. The Application forms can be photocopied.
8.Applicants should show NRC card or any other official document (to prove the date of birth) upon submission of the Application Form.
9.Applicants are required to pay the Registration Fee of 5,000 Kyats.
10.Applicants will receive a Sample Puzzle and Answers Booklet with past Mathemania questions with no extra charge.
11.Applicants will receive an Exam Slip upon registration. The Exam Slip and the NRC card or any other official documents are to be brought to the contest for the Contestants to be accepted to the invigilation rooms.
During the Contest
12.Contestants will be given exam rules before they start the exam. It is the responsibility of each contestant to follow the exam rules in order to have a valid exam score.
13.No books, calculators, computers, cell-phones, tablets, PCs or any other electronic devices are allowed during the contest. Contestants are permitted to use only writing tools and erasers.
14.Contestants are not allowed to walk around, talk to other participants, or share writing materials during the contest.
15.If there are any technical errors on the question paper, the Contestant has the right to ask for a new one. Therefore, he or she is suggested to go through the question paper carefully before starting to solve the puzzles. The invigilators will help to get a new paper.
16.Contestants can clear doubts, if any, with the invigilator by raising their hands. Contestants are requested to remain silence in the exam room.
17.Contestants will remain in their seats until all the Answer Sheets have been collected, regardless of whether they have finished or not. Question papers can be taken home by the Contestants.
18.The exam has 3 types of questions in terms of difficulty: Easy, Medium and Challenging. The questions that are in Easy Category are given 3 marks, in Medium Category are given 4 marks, and the Challenging Category questions are worth 5 marks. A question, which is not answered, will be given zero mark. There will not be any deduction of points for the incorrect answers.
19.The duration of the contest is 1 hour and 30 minutes for each category.
Announcement of Results
20.Contest results will be announced tentatively on February 10, 2018. Results can be either viewed on our web site www.bfi-edu.com or on our Facebook Accounts. Printed results will be displayed at SKT or BISA campuses, as well.
Prize distribution after the contest
21.The Awarding Ceremony will be held in March. Date and Venue will be announced later
22.There will be 3 grand prize winners for each category as mentioned in the table below. Top 20 awards will also be given to winners in each category.

23.BFI Education Services holds the right to disqualify any contestant who violates the above-mentioned rules and regulations or any other ethical rules during the exam process.
24.Vehicles are not allowed to park inside SKT school inner compound.
25. All participants are requested to read and accept the above rules and regulations before entering the contest.
